The modern homologation special at its very best, Toyota was not content with a WRC winning car, so it set to work on creating the GR Yaris for customers to experience the technology and engineering developed in the gruelling conditions to deliver a car that was everything but boring.
Launched in 2022 for the Australian Market, the first issue of 1,000 units sold within 15 minutes of their release, a signal of confidence from Toyota fans of a return to the glory days when the brand reigned in motorsport and in the showrooms.
This original Toyota GR Yaris defied critics and shook its weight off its shoulders with a truly unique driving experience that was as exciting as it was affordable.
Then highly exclusive GR Yaris Rallye arrived with hardware updates specific to the Rallye variant including Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres (upgraded from Dunlop SP Sport Maxx), wrapped on a set of 18-inch BBS alloys, Torsen limited-slip differentials over the front and rear axles, race-tuned suspension, red brake callipers, red stitched sport seats and a one-off GR Rallye built plate.

Finished in signature Frosted White Crystal Pearl, it is equipped with the optional Gazoo Racing GT Aerokit comprising of front and rear spoilers as well as side-skirts, generating additional downforce and emphasising its lower centre of gravity.

One of the cars most striking features of this vehicle is the exposed carbon roof. With care and detail, the roof has undergone a detailed process of bringing the carbon weave to life. After removing the factory protective wrap, the roof has been highly polished and clear coated in a multi-layer procedure that perfectly demonstrates its homologation origins.

Built in August 2021 (for MY22) this car number 440 has travelled just under 7479 kilometres and still under factory warranty accompanying this car are all correct Toyota manuals bound within the wallet and both original keys. With a full XPel PPF treatment and never used on the track, this special, one owner GR Rallye is fresh from a Toyota Major Service and ready to enjoy.

Inside, the Rallye presents as new. With the GR designed Sports Seats, central infotainment systems and easy to reach performance adjustments, the 6-speed transmission with optional TRD gearshift is smooth and precise. For the driver, it is the perfect place to expereince three pedal nirvana.

This rally homologation model combines the world’s most powerful production three-cylinder engine with an advanced four-wheel drive system, a redesigned chassis and a unique bodyshell to create a superb performance car with ample pace and remarkable handling.
