The Final Group is a Sydney-based automotive business built on a shared commitment to professionalism, integrity, and doing things properly. Although established in August 2023, our ownership team dates back to 2012.
Our journey together, began with the founding of a highly successful dealership on Sydney’s Lower North Shore – built with a focus on customer service and a reputation for representing only the very best vehicles, the business quickly earned the trust of both clients and the wider industry. This success led the team to join a national group, where for over five years they contributed to the growth and high-level management of one of Australia’s largest dealer groups until May 2023 – the original dealership continues to trade today under a different brand.
Now with two showrooms in Rosebery – The Final Group and our specialist arm, Grand Finale – we deliver a tailored experience across prestige, performance, specialist, and quality everyday vehicles. Led by five owners and supported by a dedicated team, our approach remains deliberately hands-on. Every vehicle we acquire, represent, or deliver is handled with care, attention to detail, and a focus on quality over volume.

We don’t operate like a traditional dealership. Every vehicle is hand-selected, every client interaction is handled by experienced professionals, and every process is focused on quality over volume. Whether it’s a daily driver or something more specialised, we hold ourselves to a higher standard – before, during, and after the sale.
The business is independently owned by five industry professionals: Stuart Codling, Alex Cook, Connor Childs, Bradford Thompson, and Uditha Weerasooriya. Alongside them is a dedicated team who share the same values – professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Together, we deliver a consistent, hands-on experience across every part of the business.
